We all know the tale of Neil Armstrong walking on the Lunar surface on July 21st 1969. The question that has to be asked is, were humans on the Moon before the Apollo missions? More importantly, are there humans on Mars?
In 2017 Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones Show had Robert David Steele on his show and he said there is a child-trafficking ring operating in secret on the red planet.
“We actually believe that there is a colony on Mars that is populated by children who were kidnapped and sent into space on a 20-year ride, so that once they get to Mars they have no alternative but to be slaves on the Mars colony.”
Mars is 33.9 million miles from earth and with current propulsion technology it takes 6 to 9 months yet with these trips from Earth to Mars took 20 years to complete. Jones continued to say;
"Look, I know that 90 percent of the NASA missions are secret, and I've been told by high-level NASA engineers that you have no idea, there is so much stuff going on and clearly, they don’t want us looking into what is happening; every time probes go over, they turn them off."
It's unclear why this "ride" would last two decades perhaps that the kidnapped children return to Earth, as adults, 20 years after being spirited away?

The MILAB programs recruit children at a young age. MILAB is a term coined for the military abduction of a person that indoctrinates and trains them for any number of military black ops programs. These programs implement the "20 and Back" age-regression programs.
This has revealed advanced human technology, mining and manufacturing operations on Mars and Ceres, forming colonies there and elsewhere in the solar system and, most shocking, they have used thousands of human slaves, easily transported in their spaceships, for both work and sexual exploitation.
Corey Goode, who is an intuitive em-path claims he was recruited through one of these MILAB programs and served from 1976-1986/87. Toward the end of his time at MILAB he was assigned to fill an IE support role for a rotating Earth Delegate Seat (shared by secret earth government groups) in a “human-type” ET Super Federation Council.
Goode’s IE abilities played an important role in communicating with “interfacing with” non-terrestrial beings as part of one of the Secret Space Programs (SSP). During his 20 year service he had a variety of experiences and assignments including the Intruder Intercept Interrogation Program, Assignment to the ASSR (Auxiliary Specialized Space Research), the SRV, (Interstellar Class Vessel) and much more.
There are claims that this all ties in with our Space Armada, 'Solar Warden' that constitutes a counter-balance a Nazi Dark Fleet (4th Reich).
